During your consultation a panoramic x-ray (OPG) may be required to assess the state of your teeth and mouth. If you have a recent x-ray (not older than 3 months), we can use that. Alternatively we can take an x-ray at an extra charge of £35.

Please note that on-line bookings are non-refundable but they can be rescheduled. In case of rescheduling 24 hours prior to the appointment an administrative charge of £10 will apply in addition to any price increase between the old and new appointment. If for any reason you do not present yourself on time and in a state that the consultation can be performed, your appointment will be cancelled, and we will not be able to give you a refund. In certain cases we may need to move your appointment. In these cases we will notify you as soon as the need for rescheduling arises, and offer you alternative times.

The London consultation fee is refundable if the treatment is started within 45 days. The orthodontic consultation fee is non-refundable however the £100 for making an orthodontic treatment plan is refunded if the treatment is started within 60 days.

If your consultation is in London, this will constitute an Initial Assessment only. Your final diagnosis will be set up abroad, often with the involvement of further specialists (for example: an implantologist assessing the amount and strength of your bone tissue to determine the feasibility of placing implants; a periodontologist assessing the health of your gums to determine the likelihood of inflammation, gum recession and the like; an orthodontist assessing the feasibility of moving your teeth with orthodontic methods; a gnathologist measuring your bite to determine where you apply the highest pressure to your teeth, etc).
